WHO WE ARE

Meet Mark & Sarah

We are a husband and wife duo based out of Bend Oregon (Go Beavs). We are health professionals, snowboarders, and lovers of all things outdoors. When we’re not snowboarding you can catch us playing indoor soccer, climbing at Smith Rock, summiting a mountain, or trail running.

Our goal with Mobility duo is to service other outdoor lovers. We know what it is like to be injured and out for a season. Our goal is to help others prevent these injuries or assist them after an injury has taken place. We hope you can trust us along this healing journey. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Online Movement Consultation

Whether you are looking to improve your performance, alleviate a previous nagging injury, or strengthen your body. Movement Consultations consist of:

  • 70 minute online evaluation
  • Complete a  thorough history interview
  • Observe and measure strength/ flexibility/ mobility through tests.
  • Provide a base set of exercises/ suggestions that are evidence based and most effective for you
  • Also included is a weekly check-in to answer an any questions/ concerns. 

Consider it a personal training program on steroids.
