Almost at the end of my first cycle of Shred 3.0, it's been an amazing program. I lapsed on a fitness routine for 2 years, but prior used to focus on powerlifting movements (squat, bench, deadlift), dynamic plyometrics, and mobility work. Outside of the gym, avid soccer player. Now that I'm almost all the way through Shred, my mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and proprioception are all up. It's a mix of resistance, multiplanar movement, HIIT, all geared toward improving riding performance and injury prevention. There is a discord set up that you can ask questions if you're unclear, and video demos of all the movements. It also offers variations of movements, which allow you to increase/decrease the difficulty. I'm so grateful to Mobility Duo for putting together this program. I'm feeling stronger and more balanced and excited for the upcoming snowboard season, and it cascaded positively into other areas of my life (I cleaned up my diet and sleep habits too). Highly recommend it!

David Enright Snoga MemberI started this program to get ready for snowboard season (also dealing with diagnosed SLAP tear, hip pain…impingement or labral tear (undiagnosed), and constant low back pain/SI pain. Ironically after 6 years of terrible pain, constantly throwing my back out, hip aching, your program has resolved things I thought I needed surgery for. I am a long term baseball player and powerlifter, although I no longer am pushing heavy weights any longer. Snowboarding is a new passion of mine in my 30s! Your unique workouts have definitely been refreshing and challenging from other angles.
Austin Cascia Shred 3.0I came across Mobility Duo from a friend who hurt her wrist snowboarding that reached out to Mark and Sarah for help, and I felt very drawn to their outlook on snowboarding and injury prevention. I started snowboarding only this past year and got hooked from the get-go. When the season ended, I wanted a way to get myself into shape so that I could spend more time riding the next season. Lo and behold, Mobility Duo introduced their Shred program and I signed up right away. My goals were to move better and feel more flexible by the end of the summer, and I wanted to feel stronger in general for my overall health. If I shed a few pounds in the process, that was a bonus. The workouts were challenging but very interesting. I felt myself doing exercises that I've never done before, and I felt very accomplished at the end of each workout. The yoga sessions were amazing as well, and I was impressed with my progress in flexibility week after week. Throughout the summer I watched results come little by little, and Mark and Sarah were there for any question I had. They were great coaches! Now that I've crossed the finish line, I can confidently say that I crossed off every goal on my list. I'm super stoked for the season, and I would recommend anyone, snowboarder or not, to hop on this program and watch your health change!

She is very positive and dos a great job with small corrections. Any beginners are in great hands with Sarah.

“I loved my month of SNOGA!! Being a full time student without a steady income, I don't keep any subscriptions, but I did almost all of the classes that are on the website! I definitely learned a lot and now am more comfortable doing actual flows and not just random moves. I even noticed how much better rotation I have when boarding!

Dakota Williams Snoga MemberI’m so glad I found and completed the Shred program! I am an almost 41 year old mom of 3. In my early 20s I was a professional snowboarder and competed mostly in boardercross. Then life hit, had kids and snowboarded a lot less while the kids were little. The last five years or so I have been snowboarding a lot more but I keep getting injured. Shoulder injuries/ AC separations, patella contusion, whiplash, and frayed meniscus. I frayed my meniscus the first trip snowboarding last winter and was out for the first month of the season. I did physical therapy but it still hurt the entire season. However, with this program I have gained back all the muscle I lost in my quad and then some!
