I started this program to get ready for snowboard season (also dealing with diagnosed SLAP tear, hip pain…impingement or labral tear (undiagnosed), and constant low back pain/SI pain. Ironically after 6 years of terrible pain, constantly throwing my back out, hip aching, your program has resolved things I thought I needed surgery for. I am a long term baseball player and powerlifter, although I no longer am pushing heavy weights any longer. Snowboarding is a new passion of mine in my 30s! Your unique workouts have definitely been refreshing and challenging from other angles.

Almost at the end of my first cycle of Shred 3.0, it's been an amazing program. I lapsed on a fitness routine for 2 years, but prior used to focus on powerlifting movements (squat, bench, deadlift), dynamic plyometrics, and mobility work. Now that I'm almost all the way through Shred, my mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and proprioception are all up. I'm so grateful to Mobility Duo for putting together this program. I’m so glad I found and completed the Shred program! I am an almost 41 year old mom of 3. In my early 20s I was a professional snowboarder and competed mostly in boardercross. Then life hit, had kids and snowboarded a lot less while the kids were little. The last five years or so I have been snowboarding a lot more but I keep getting injured. Shoulder injuries/ AC separations, patella contusion, whiplash, and frayed meniscus. I frayed my meniscus the first trip snowboarding last winter and was out for the first month of the season. I did physical therapy but it still hurt the entire season. However, with this program I have gained back all the muscle I lost in my quad and then some!

Is This Program For Skiers as Well?

While we tailored this workout (specifically the peaking & performance phase III) to snowboarders, it is 100% appropriate for ANY athlete. We all use similar muscles, soft tissues, frontal cortex, etc to perform on/ off the mountain. We promise you will see benefits for performance or for everyday life!

Can I Complete This at Home?

We created this program to be able to completed in the comfort of your home or a commercial gym. We provide alternatives to each piece of equipment. We understand that gym access is limited to certain individuals but did our best to cater to a well rounded routine.

Do I Have to Follow the Program Strictly?

Absolutely not. We encourage those to mix & match days that are most appropriate for you. We understand life can sometimes take over so be easy on yourself but also push yourself when appropriate. 

What if Im a Beginner?

Shred 4.0 was created With a Dropdown Menu That Allows You to Select Your Level: Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. Most Movements Have an Alternative. We Encourage You to Push Yourself out of Your Comfort Zone But You Can Absolutely Skip Movements That Make You Feel Uncomfortable. This Program Can be Completed by EVERY ATHLETE.

What is the Difference Between SNOGA & Shred 4.0?

Snoga is a subscription based program with 2 live Snoga (Yoga for snowboarders) classes each week with Sarah. In addition, we have over 400+ recorded classes you are able to access that pair well with your Shred 4.0 program. Also, Mark teaches a new HIIT based 20-30 minute workout class each week as a supplement to your routine.

How do I Access the Courses After Purchase?

You will receive a welcome email with a video on how to access Shred 4.0. You will sign in with the email used at purchase.

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Do You Talk Through Each Exercise on Form?

I did my best with Shred 4.0 to talk thoroughly about each movement, what it is working and how it relates to snowboarding In addition, I tried to provide alternatives for each movement.

Is This an App?

Basically, yes! We have completely upgraded and revamped the website to be lighting quick and responsive for mobile users. We provide step by step instructions on how to create a shortcut on your phone to access quickly. Since a majority of our users are on mobile, we focused on creating a seamless experience .

Can I Watch on my TV?

Yes! We provide instructions on how to cast to your television for those working out at home or in a home gym setting.

What if I Realize This Is Not For Me After Purchasing?

No worries, we put so much of our blood, sweat and tears into this that we want you to love it. At the same time, we want you to give it an honest effort first. If you have given it an honest try and by day 31 it just is not for you, we will give you your money back. All we ask is how we can continue to improve the program for future users.
