We want this camp to be a rejuvenating experience for those eager to learn, laugh, and create incredible memories. If you want to learn more about yoga, shred Mt. Bachelor, and explore Bend/ surrounding areas this retreat is for you! For those looking to ‘party hard’ this may not be the retreat for you. We would ask snowboarders to be ‘Intermediate’ level if possible.

541 Social Club - Contrast Recovery Day
We believe in delivering unique and memorable experiences while creating healthy opportunities for individuals, teams and companies to collectively navigate & struggle through hot & cold contrast therapy. This approach not only resets neural pathways and increases performance based outcomes, but also builds self esteem and confidence in doing hard things while forging new relationships, trust, and communication that enhance team culture and interpersonal dynamics.

Guest Yoga Instructor - Quinn
My home resort is a dormant volcano called Mount Bohemia, located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Bohemia is home to some of the best tree snowboarding out there. In my free time I enjoy snowboarding, biking, strength training and yoga. Right now I am training for my first half Ironman and completed my 200 hour vinyasa teacher training fall of 2024. I became an instructor to help others keep doing the things they love, especially snowboarders!
I am beyond excited to teach yoga, and bring the stoke to the 2026 retreat.
FAQ
Can Skiers Join?
Of course! We had a skier present in 2024. We are all snow athletes and regardless of your chosen sports, we would love to have you present. Snoga knows no boundaries 😉
What Snowboard Skill Level Do I Need To Be?
We welcome ALL skill levels but would prefer intermediate levels. We will absolutely take laps with everyone but not necessarily stay together the entire day. This leaves time to explore! This is a judgment free zone. Mt. Bachelor also has world class coaches if you want to improve.
Do I have to Follow the Schedule?
Absolutely not. You are free to explore as you wish. You will be responsible for your own transportation and costs involved. We encourage exploration but hope you experience the retreat together. We will be sure to discuss as a group what everyone would like to do.
Do I Have to Be a Yogi to Participate?
Again, absolutely not. Yoga is a journey like anything else. We are all at a variety of levels so jump in when you like, step away when it is appropriate. There is no requirement for skill or participation especially if you are tired. Sessions last 15-30 minutes
What if I Have Dietary Restrictions?
Just let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate but this may not alway be possible.
What is The Weather Like in March?
Mt. Bachelor is famous for having heavy snowfall in March prior to spring season. In saying that, no one can predict snowfall and Mt. Bachelor can be extremely volatile.Checkout prior snowfall here.
What if I Already Have an Ikon Pass?
Awesome, you are ahead of the game! Unfortunately we are no longer reimbursing for Ikon Passes due to increased costs (Housing, passes, food, transportation, taxes, etc.) to host the retreat. Blame the man!
Airport Pick Up/ Drop Off
Participants will be flying into the Redmond, Oregon airport which is 20 minutes from Bend. We will be making 1 airport pick up on Sunday, March 1. Time is TBD based on flight schedule. If you do not want to wait or fly in late, you are responsible for arrival. Drop off on Friday, March 6 is the same based on departure times. We will do our best to accommodate but unfortunately cannot please everyone.
What Kind of Food Will Be Served?
Our goal is to have a healthy well rounded menu from farm to table trained chefs. We want proper nutrition for our mountain days since this will be an action packed week. There will be a designated cook preparing dinner. Breakfast and lunch materials will be available. We also may eat out 1-2 nights due to the quality restaurants available. Participants are welcome to cook their own food if needed (Purchased by them).
What if I Cannot Attend Post-Purchase?
Cancellations will receive 75% of their money back if cancelled before September 1, 2025. 50% of their money back before December 1, 2024. Any reimbursements after 2026 will be non-refundable as it is VERY challenging to fill that space. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse airfare or transportation fees.
What Do I Need To Bring?
A detailed list will be emailed to you after purchase.
What If I Cannot Afford The Full Amount Now?
Totally understandable! We used Shopify which has an easy payment plan option during checkout!
