2025 Winter SNOGA Retreat

Snowboard - Yoga - Explore

Our 3rd Annual winter retreat located in beautiful Bend, Oregon.

Dates: March 2 - March 8, 2025

For the 2025 winter season, we are excited to announce our 3rd annual winter retreat. This has continued to grow and be a major success. We also continue to luck out with some of the best snow in the PNW! If you have ever wanted to explore Bend, Oregon and the iconic Mt. Bachelor this is your chance. We want this experience to be well rounded so we have included daily yoga practice, meditation, Sauna/ cold plunge recovery sessions, farm to table dinners, a kick ass mountain to shred, and even better town to explore.

"So much awesomeness! Mark and Sarah put together such a rad and thoughtful week, I cannot recommend enough participating in the experience that is SNOGA retreat! I truly felt immersed in the Bend/Mt. Bachelor life. Starting and ending each day with home cooked meals, practicing snoga together, and riding pow you dream about with people who overflow with stoke were the core of the trip that exceeded expectations. Then the recovery sessions, afternoon in downtown Bend, meeting their friends throughout the community, and hanging out at the house all made the trip so special. Mark, Sarah, Nancy, Andrew, Eva, and friends all went above and beyond to make sure we had the best (and safest) time. So much love to you guys!"

"Mark and Sarah did an AMAZING job planning and hosting the retreat from start to finish! From ride days at Bachelor (a versatile mountain for any rider) and recovery days in Bend, to things like lodging, transportation, photography, and free time, every detail felt intentional and organized yet flexible as they did their best to cater to the group. Mark and Sarah (and their crew) are incredibly welcoming, responsible and fun hosts. They’ve cultivated a great community of friends and followers who I won’t soon forget. At the end of the day, it is a priceless experience to be a part of— join them!!"

What a f’ing blast this retreat was! For my second year, the retreat only got better. Home cooked meals, amazing conditions at Mt. Bachelor, wonderful people and hosts, a professional photographer, being toured to all the sweetest spots on the mountain, access to a sauna and cold plunge for recovery - these are some of my favorite highlights. Mark and Sarah do an amazing job of putting this retreat together. Both years I have made new friends, tried and learned new things, and challenged myself in new ways. I would highly recommend this retreat for anyone who loves snowboarding and is looking for a wholesome experience where everything is well planned and thought out. All you have to do is show up and enjoy yourself. Thanks for everything Mark, Sarah, and Andrew! So grateful for this experience!

Who Is This For?

Snowboard enthusiasts, Yogi's, Adventure Seekers

We want this camp to be a rejuvenating experience for those eager to learn, laugh, and create incredible memories. If you want to learn more about yoga, shred Mt. Bachelor, and explore Bend/ surrounding areas this retreat is for you! For those looking to ‘party hard’ this may not be the retreat for you. We would ask snowboarders to be ‘Intermediate’ level if possible.

The Perfect Winter Cabin

Scenic views, Tranquil environment, Hot tub, Games, and space to rest. We chose this location with intention because it is exactly what WE would want. Sunriver is 22 minutes from Mt. Bachelor and 25 minutes from downtown Bend. It’s the closest accommodation to the mountain to fit such a large group.  There is a Coed bunk room. There are also three queen bed rooms available for couples or individuals who want more privacy.

We believe in delivering unique and memorable experiences while creating healthy opportunities for individuals, teams and companies to collectively navigate & struggle through hot & cold contrast therapy. This approach not only resets neural pathways and increases performance based outcomes, but also builds self esteem and confidence in doing hard things while forging new relationships, trust, and communication that enhance team culture and interpersonal dynamics.

Of course! We had a skier present in 2024. We are all snow athletes and regardless of your chosen sports, we would love to have you present. Snoga knows no boundaries 😉

We welcome ALL skill levels but would prefer intermediate levels. We will absolutely take laps with everyone but not necessarily stay together the entire day. This leaves time to explore! This is a judgment free zone. Mt. Bachelor also has world class coaches if you want to improve.

Absolutely not. You are free to explore as you wish. You will be responsible for your own transportation and costs involved. We encourage exploration but hope you experience the retreat together. We will be sure to discuss as a group what everyone would like to do.

Again, absolutely not. Yoga is a journey like anything else. We are all at a variety of levels so jump in when you like, step away when it is appropriate. There is no requirement for skill or participation especially if you are tired. Sessions last 15-30 minutes

Just let us know ahead of time. We will do our best to accommodate but this may not alway be possible.

Mt. Bachelor is famous for having heavy snowfall in March prior to spring season. In saying that, no one can predict snowfall and Mt. Bachelor can be extremely volatile. Checkout prior snowfall here.

Awesome, you are ahead of the game! Unfortunately we are no longer reimbursing for Ikon Passes due to increased costs (Housing, passes, food, transportation, taxes, etc.) to host the retreat. Blame the man!

Participants will be flying into the Redmond, Oregon airport which is 20 minutes from Bend. We will be making 1 airport pick up on Sunday, March 5. Time is TBD based on flight schedule. If you do not want to wait or fly in late, you are responsible for arrival. Drop off on Saturday, March 11 is the same based on departure times. We will do our best to accommodate but unfortunately cannot please everyone.

Our goal is to have a healthy well rounded menu from farm to table trained chefs. We want proper nutrition for our mountain days since this will be an action packed week. There will be a designated cook preparing dinner. Breakfast and lunch materials will be available. We also may eat out 1-2 nights due to the quality restaurants available. Participants are welcome to cook their own food if needed (Purchased by them).

Cancellations will receive 75% of their money back if cancelled before September 1, 2023. 50% of their money back before December 1, 2023. After this date cancellations will receive 25% of their money back. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse airfare or transportation fees.

A detailed list will be emailed to you after purchase.

Totally understandable! We do accept non-refundable deposits of $500 to book your spot with expectation of full payment being due by August 1, 2024. This gives us enough time to fill your spot if you are unable to attend.

Disclaimers

*Snowboarding and hiking are inherently dangerous sports. Yoga also has inherent risks for bodily injuries. You are responsible for your actions and well-being. We are not responsible for any incurred injuries, lost/damaged/stolen personal items.

**Mt. Bachelor is an extremely volatile mountain and poor weather days are absolutely a possibility. There will be no refunds for day passes but may change schedule for more appropriate weather.
