- Cooler w/ weight inside (One that you trust you can jump onto)
- 32-64 oz. Water
- Yoga Mat/ Carpet/ Rug
- Empty Backpack
- (2) 1 Gallon Water Jugs or something similar
- Optional: Actual dumbbells or kettlebells
- Towel for sweat
- (5) socks or items
